New installation planning
Choose a finish for real outdoor use, not just the sample.
Color and texture can shape an outdoor space. Compare appearance alongside wet-weather traction, joint layout and the maintenance you are willing to do.
New installation inquiries. No repair-only requests. Availability must be confirmed.

Start with the way you will use it
A small finish sample does not show how a full patio will look beside your house or feel when wet. Bring reference images, identify sunny and shaded areas and describe how people will use the space. Ask to see a relevant finish sample in natural light.
Define the scope before comparing prices
Discuss whether stamped or colored new concrete is suitable for your planned surface and whether the provider offers that finish. Agree on pattern direction, borders, joint positions and sealer choices before work begins. Resurfacing, stain-only repairs and restoration of existing decorative concrete are not included in this site's current inquiry scope.
Questions worth asking
- Can I see the proposed finish and color range before agreeing?
- How is wet-surface traction addressed?
- How will joints align with the pattern?
- What cleaning and resealing responsibilities will I have?
What changes the quote?
Patterns, colors, borders, shape complexity and sealing can change the price. Separate the structural slab scope from decorative options. Photos are inspiration, not a guarantee of an identical color or result.

Finish work must fit the placement conditions. Ask how weather changes, sample approval and sealer application affect the sequence, and get maintenance instructions for the actual products used.
Prepare for a Fort Mill project
Identify the property jurisdiction before assuming permit requirements. Describe runoff, access and connections to existing surfaces so the provider can assess them.
Local planning sources: Town of Fort Mill permitting and stormwater and land-disturbance forms. Check the authority responsible for your property; requirements depend on the project.

Your next step
Prepare the address, intended use, dimensions and questions. Confirm coverage, qualifications and written scope directly with the provider.
